The Terrace East is another favorite of mine. You can only rent these units with an annual lease. I sold a fabulous 4th floor unit in the second quarter of 2008. The views are magnificent and the vibe of building is relaxed and fun. Need a drink, delicious meal, ice cream, massage or to do some shopping? All of these amenities are within footsteps of The Terrace East. Siesta Key beach and the Gulf of Mexico are right across the street. You can leave your condo and be lounging in your beach chair within just a few footsteps.
