Bay Oaks condos are one of the more affordable options on Siesta Key. The grounds and buildings are clean and well maintained. It is a very peaceful and relaxing condo community on Siesta Key. Walking around the complex you will see a pride of ownership. Unfortunately, Bay Oaks does not have a deeded beach access. Residents can access Siesta Key beach via one of the public accesses close by. The complex changed their 2 week minimum rental policy to a 1 week minimum rental policy.
