However, the distressed properties are not as plentiful as you think on Siesta Key or the other barrier islands (Longboat Key condos, Lido Key condos) for that matter.

So 18.9% of the Siesta Key real estate market sales are made up of bank owned and short sales. Don’t assume that all of these properties are stellar deals.
